Shazam stopped letting me add songs to Apple Music or open them in Apple Music. It used to work and suddenly stopped. The apple support rep I'm using via email is clueless. How can I get it working. Sync Library is on. I deleted the Shazam app and reinstalled. All my Shazams are there but I can't add any to apple music...the option is grayed out.

Shazam doesn’t sync with my Apple Music Since I reactivated my Apple Music after a short pause I can’t sync anything to my Apple Music. When I go to my music and then options there is no option to sync to Apple Music (see screenshot 1). I’ve re-installed the app, I’m using an iPhone 14 plus with IOS17, have an active Apple Music subscription but no option to sync. When I listen to an a song I can’t do anything since all options are grey (see screenshot 2). I did give Shazam access to Apple music on the app settings (see screenshot 3), Anyone ideas? Thanks in advance.

You're supposed to have a playlist in there when you manually add it and also make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID account with Shazam
