QuickTime not showing in privacy settings

trying to add quicktime to camera and mic in privacy settings. Using big sure

iMac 27″, macOS 11.7

Permission to give apps camera and microphone When I went to give permission to an app for the camera microphone or other things, it does not work. For an exemple, when I go in snapchats en it wants me to give permission for the camera and under it there is a “go to settings” button, then (obliviously) I go in settings but it does not have the option to activate camera or microphone. HELP cause I can’t call anyone or text on snap.

I don't think you need to give Quicktime permission for either. I just launched QT and selected New Movie Recording and both the camera and mic worked without asking for permission. I'm using Ventura.
