Weird Microphone and Speaker Issues

Hi! My microphone has been acting really weird since I factory reset my phone. Without my Bluetooth headphones, it completely does not work but it works on voice memo when I use my Bluetooth headphones and doesn't work anywhere else even with the headphones (camera, WhatsApp, FaceTime etc). I've restarted it multiple times, but it completely doesn't work. I have similar issues with my speaker but only on Clash Royale where it doesn't work at all without Bluetooth headphones but works on all other apps.

Edit: I have all permissions allowed

If you have a hearing or sound issue on your device then please try some of these processes to set it right

If the above options do not mitigate the issues then Contact your carrier and then Contact Apple Support
