I have just upgraded my iMac(27-inch, Late 2015) to Monterey version 12.7.3; now when I try to open Safari appears "You can’t open the application “Safari.app” because this application is not supported on this Mac."
How do I get Safari back?

Where is this Safari application?
It seems that you may have an older or newer copy of Safari somewhere in this mac.
In Finder, press Command-Shift-A to open the Applications folder.
Locate Safari in there, select it and press Command-I. Post a screenshot of the Info window.
This version, 17.3.1, is the same that I have in my mac, running the current Sonoma 14.3.1.
I don't think it is compatible with Monterey, which would explain why it is not working.
Did you just update the OS, and not download any Safari version separately?
From what I gathered on a quick online search, you should have Safari 17.1 instead.
At this point, I can only suggest that you try reinstalling 12.7.1 over the present system.

I think it updated automatically.
