Shortcuts application on IOS 17.3.1 Crashes when entering an if action for an automation

When I create an automation and the automation has an if action, I try to put in the condition by swiping up/ down; the application crashes and I am bought back to my Home screen. I am a VoiceOver user and also found that when making a selection on the automation app. after selecting the trigger when tapping on the button Create Blank Automation, nothing happens I have to long press or magic touch it to move to the next screen. I am on IOS 17.3.1 and this is a iPhone 12 device
