App Store downloading
Everytime I try to download anything from the App Store it tells me to tell my family member to update the billing… I’m the only one on the plan and everything is up to date?

The message you are receiving indicates you are part of Family sharing group, and a different Apple ID is the Organizer and as such is the one that needs to have a verified payment method on their account.
Check Settings ➜ Family and make sure you are not part of a Family sharing group there and i leave it if you need to.
