Hi guys,
Is there any actual way to reset the whole library completely to start again? The answers I found on the internet (including the ones from Apple support) are about how to delete individual songs, not the whole library in one go. Also, please note that I'm refering to iTunes (not Apple Music!) and that I have a pc (not a Mac!).

You can just start a whole new iTunes library by pressing and holding 'shift' when clicking on iTunes to start it. A window should appear with a new library option. Then you can add all your music back in afterwards. This way you can keep your existing library as it is if you want to go back for any reason.
Unless you mean you want to delete all your mp3/aac/alac music files as well as your library?

I think you should exercise caution if that's what you intend to do. One small slip and you will delete the files for the songs themselves and then have a problem replacing them.
The method would be the same as the one for deleting individual songs, except that you would select all the songs first. However, I can almost guarantee that even if you try to delete only the song entries from the library, without deleting the files themselves, you will end up deleting some files and they will be lost.
Perhaps there's a better way to achieve what you want? Why do you think it's necessary to take such a drastic step?

Yes, I basically wanted to delete my entire library from iTunes so I could transfer my music library from my pc again. I found the way to do it now, and did it successfully.
