Using Apple Pay as a payment method has no fees. Merchants that choose Apple Pay have no additional fees.
Many people confuse Apple Pay with transferring funds from one account/card to another. Instant transfers usually have a fee of between 1.5% and 2% and ACH transfers are free but take 1 to 3 days.
