Apple ID was locked due to security issue but I cant verify myself because I do not have that phone number anymore

hello, I want to cancel subscriptions of the account i no longer use, but I just found out that my account was locked due to some security issue, I do not have that phone number anymore, how can I gain the access?

That reason usually means you need to reset your password.
