Here are a couple of examples:

  • Create a shopping list. Just say "Hey Siri, add Apples to my Shopping List". You can continue to add items and while you are shopping you can check off the item in reminders.
  • Create a reminder. Just say "Hey Siri, remind me I have a doctor's appointment on April 3 at 9:00".
  • Also create location based reminders. Just say "Hey Siri, remind me when I get home to turn on the stove"

Some other Siri examples:

  • "Remind me to feed the dog every day at 7:30 a.m."
  • "Remind me when I get home to check the mail."
  • "Remind me when I leave here to stop by the grocery store."
  • "Remind me tomorrow at 3:00 p.m. to call Tara."

Of course you do not need to use Siri and can create your own Reminders and Lists in the app.
