Update Apparently it’s necessary to first assign the reminder to a list, then select the list and the reminder you want to share. I didn’t notice any mention of having to create a list first. Thanks for all the responses and help. Nice to know it’s available.

1. Is this not working ?

Open the Reminders app. Tap the list that you want to share.
2. Tap the Share button .
3. In the menu, tap on your contact or an app such as Messages or Mail and share the list.

if this is not working you might want to give this to apple as feedback so that they can look into it. Please do so using this form

Does that not simply imessage the list one-off to the person? Not new or modified reminders.

Sharing a Calendar thru iCloud is a live share which updates with changes, not sure this does that. Even scheduled reminders in Calendar do not pass to the Calendar share recipient
