I have a recently purchased Samsung LCD tv and a recently purchased LG OLED tv. The new content in Masters of the AIT will run on the Samsung and all I get on the LG tv is error messages, not playing. Same network, same router, same Roku devices. What gives?

Another user (mygreensocks) suggested this procedure from Roku Support staff, which reportedly helped several users.
Else try the Network Connection Reset, as mentioned by user Jarieta.
