Payment made for subscription of True Caller but not active after passing two days

Tomorrow I have made a payment for subscription for True Caller but the same has not been active till date. so please activate the services.

Subscription on app dint happen even though money deducted Wanted to get subscription on Mint app. Got it via upi payment. But the subsription is not activated yet. UPI shows status as “paid to apple services” but on my apple id there doesnt show any subscription. it has been 2 days. Can anyone help on this
