MET score of 20 METs when not doing strenuous exercise.

I've noticed that my MET score seems to go up very high when I sometimes am just walking around/ walking the dog. The highest it has gone up to is 20 METs and it can usually exceed 16 METs. I wouldn't say I am a very fit person but just average. I do take medication which makes me feel tired though. Are these MET scores correct or is there something wrong with the calibration? I have had the Watch since Oct 2023 and wear it all the time unless it is charging.

MET = Metabolic equivalent of task though and is not a measurement of heart rate. It's assuming that at rest my MET score is probably around 4 and then if it takes me more effort to do something, the MET score would increase as my body isn't at rest anymore. My heart rate for the MET score of 20 only reached 98 BPM and so wasn't too strenuous, yet this score is so high...

Below describes MET scores only going up to 12 usually, but mine go up to 16+ each month and I am not doing strenuous exercises, only walking sometimes at a fast pace.
