so whenever I voice call or video call someone on whatsapp, it shows as a weird character exactly where it should say “voice call/video call” in the whatsapp chat. is this a whatsapp glitch because my friends on ios17 dont have it.

after seeing your comment i checked app store and there was a small minor update which i installed and it fixed the problem. :)
Hi again. Was able to fix the issue. Just update the app when there’s a new update
If the only place you see this is in whatsapp, you need to contact their support about it.
