Purchased ebook does not download

Hi there, I've recently purchased an ebook from Apple Books. The money has been taken out of my account. However, the book won't download. Could you please assist me with this issue? Thanks!

HOW do I buy a book on books.apple.com? WHY can't I buy a book on books.apple.com? The page for the book has a price but NO option to buy it at all. And also doesn't say what ebook format it is. What kind of a store doesn't let you buy anything? I'm not even allowed to ask how to buy something via a LAPTOP COMPUTER. Do the techs at Apple not believe in computers anymore? Bookcrawler ap problem The ap recognizes I have the cloud subscription for it but will not restore the purchase. Refers to trial subscription when I try to add new books. Developers web page is of no use.

Book not downloaded properly I paid £7.99 for a book with what should be 256 pages but only 35 have downloaded. Who can I contact about this?
