I told them that I want to return the device. He told me that the authorized Apple center is not available in the State of Kuwait only for maintenance. Why make a device when you do not know that? It makes a battery that lasts one day. Why should I turn down the lighting and other features to save energy? Very, very bad service from you. I am not satisfied at all with the level of battery quality. It is very poor. I owned an iPhone To the customer, since the device is not cheap, the device is not worth this price at all. The manufacturing of the battery and its ability to bear the new features must be reconsidered without the need for the customer to give up some of the features to save the failed battery.
