Request a refund for my Zoom subscription
Recently, I activated Zoom on my newly bought iPhone 15 Promax. And during the activation, I chose 1 month subscription and activated a month trial version. But immediately I year subscription has activated and charged USD 149.99. This is unusual and unethical too.
This happened on 19th February 2024 at around 11.30 AM via the app store.
I have used the free trial and after that, I would prefer to continue it as per the requirements.
Therefore, how can I get my money back? At least deduct a one-month subscription, and get the balance refunded. Please advise.
I have contacted Zoom customer care, but they responded that, as I paid via App Store, I must contact app store and get things sorted out.
