Hopefully you didn't click on the link and entered your personal information, if you did suggest you change your passwords ASAP and check your financials to see any unknown charges.
You can go directly into your phone in icloud - payment to see if there are any issues.

I received an email regarding issues with my billing. I checked my card and don't understand the issue. My card does not expire until 2025.
