Hello i lost my iphone from 1 month ago and i reported it thats its stolen or lost and i found it know but its locked and i cant open it or use it please help me

If you forgot your iPhone passcode, use your Mac or PC to reset it - Apple Support
If the screen is showing Locked to Owner, then providing your Apple ID and Password will unlock it. If you forgot your password.

Another option if it is showing Locked to Owner and your cannot unlock it, is to submit your original purchase receipt from Apple or Authorized Apple Seller and request the removal of the Activation Lock. A third party receipt will not be sufficient to prove ownership.
