I have set an id and password but still can't buy Apple TV. Caught in a loop.

I had a subscription in the past, so I had to set a new password this time. I did this. Then I used my tv remote to open AppleTV and watch. But after I enter this information, it asks me to "Buy" or "Cancel". I enter "Buy" and it tells me I have already purchased the subscription and sends me back to previous screen.

AppleTV account does not even exist but I got charged I got the free trial to watch severance. I used it to watch 3 episodes, did not use it for the rest of the trial and got charged which is fair enough. However, now I am trying to log back in to the account and nothing is working. I did not use an apple E-mail to make my subscription, but I should at least have an account considering I got charged £8.99. Someone please tell me how I can access my account to cancel this subscription or at least transfer it to an apple ID so it works properly.

How to use my Free trial of Apple TV+ for buying an Apple device Hi, I have an Apple ID, I have recently ended a paid subscription for Apple TV. I have a brand new iPad which should give me 3 months free trial but it’s not showing and I don’t know if my id is some kind of blocker. Can you help please. how to log into account on new apple tv set up new appletv .... trying to log into account but don't see where to log in.... it just says try free trial....
