AppleTV account does not even exist but I got charged

I got the free trial to watch severance. I used it to watch 3 episodes, did not use it for the rest of the trial and got charged which is fair enough. However, now I am trying to log back in to the account and nothing is working. I did not use an apple E-mail to make my subscription, but I should at least have an account considering I got charged £8.99. Someone please tell me how I can access my account to cancel this subscription or at least transfer it to an apple ID so it works properly.

You’ll need to log into whichever Apple Account was used to subscribe, and cancel the subscription there.

Whether the email account used is at Apple doesn’t matter here, as many Apple Accounts are not Apple email (iCloud.com, me.com, etc) addresses.

I appreciate the response. I have tried multiple times to log in to the account however it just says 'this email was not used in the Itunes Store, review your details' then I try to review my details and it still doesn't work. It just sends me to a blank screen.
