Telegram incoming call on iPhone 7

no Slide on my screen when I tried to answer call on telegram. Only a blue check mark. How can I fix this so I can answer a call.

The first thing I try when a third-party apps doesn't work is to delete it and re-install.

IDK Apple doesn’t own Telegram contact them
