Why won’t it let me get an app off the app App Store and it doesn’t cost anything for the app, but it still won’t let me download the app because it says I have a payment problem so what is the problem?
Okay, when I go to get an app at the Apple Store, it won’t let me download any one of them nothing because it says I have a billing problem with for my credit card. None of my credit cards work for one thing so how do I get an app without using my card because it doesn’t take any money to download an app.
