How can I return an iPhone I found to its owner?

I found an iPhone across the street from my mom‘s house a few days ago I have not been able to return it. I can’t find the owner. Nobody has called or text that phone. How do I do it to return it found iPhone.

How do I return an iPhone to the rightful owner? I found the phone on the side of the road walking to the store has an iPhone and not sure which one it is it’s probably a 13 or better I know it’s pretty recent. Just a chance - on the passcode screen, tap Emergency, then if you see Medical ID tap it and see if there is a next of kin number
