Apple Pay not showing all of my receipts

Hi, my kid accidentally got a subscription and I wanted to request a refund but the receipt isn’t showing in my Apple wallet.

Apple Pay took my money but I did not get my package for the game I purchase a package for dice stickers and money for a game. The money was withdrawn and I never received the package. I am requesting a refund, tried to have my bank cancel but they said reach out to Apple Pay. I can’t find a number to customer service.

Money went missing on a transaction on Apple Pay I issued my son $32 which he was supposed to pay me the next day. And he did and I tried paying with it at McDonald’s and it said it only had $2 so where’s the rest of my money $30??? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Receipts do not post to the wallet. You'll need to get a receipt from the merchant.
