Transfer contacts from SIM to Iphone Hi, I have a problem with transferring contacts from my SIM card to my iPhone. My phone doesn't “see” them. When I go to contacts and click on “import contacts from SIM,” nothing happens. I don't even have the option to “select iCloud” as the transfer location. I would add that the contacts appear on another phone. Do you know what the problem is?

There is no data stored on the sim card.

If you're getting a new phone, you would sign into whatever cloud or mail program you use to sync contacts and turn it ON.
