Why is Apple Series 9 not offered as a Trade in option for Apple Watch Ultra?

As mentioned Apple doesn’t allow trade-ins of new models. If you got a series 9 and didn’t decide you wanted to exchange it before the return/exchange period ended you would need to try selling it (which honestly would have been a better choice value-wise for such a new model versus trading it in if it had been an option. You wouldn’t get anywhere near it’s value via trade-in).
