Mophie Powerstation Pro XL

I just purchased one of these from the Apple Store. It will not charge (no lights illuminated) regardless of the supply I try to use. it has one light out of four illuminated on the side when I press the small button. it will not charge any device either. I know that Lithium batteries can fall to a depth of charge and they become "hard to start". or it may just be defective, how would I return to the Apple Store please?

I phoned apple this morning. I had the most helpful lady on the phone who after understanding what was happening said they would issue a full refund and I would be contacted for the return. I then had a call an hour later from apple asking me to dispose of the battery at my nearest recycling centre as it was more environmentally friendly to do that than send it back and them dispose of it themselves. Thank you Apple
