iPad screen frozen with 17.3 software update
iPad screen saver opens but popup won’t close to allow me to enter my passcode. I have held side top button, then bottom side button followed by top side and top together.

iPad screen saver opens but popup won’t close to allow me to enter my passcode. I have held side top button, then bottom side button followed by top side and top together.

Connect your iPad to its Power Adapter and allow the iPad to charge. While connected to the Power Adapter, perform a forced restart of the iPad - being careful to follow the relevant procedure:
Force restart iPad (models with Face ID or with Touch ID in the top button)
If your iPad doesn’t have the Home button, do the following:
Force restart iPad (models with the Home button)
Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
When performed correctly, the iPad will restart.
