Optimize battery charge problem

I keep my MacBook plugged in all the day. But still when On Hold battery keeps changing all the day. Sometimes it goes to 100% and sometimes it falls back to 80%. Currently battery is falling back to 80% after being fully charged at 100%. You can also see this in the battery level chart below ⬇️

That is working as expected. Even with Optimized Charging the Mac will occasionally charge to 100% to report accurate battery charge levels. It is currently on hold and will drop back down to about 80%. There is not a problem with leaving it plugged in all the time and will even make it easier for the system to manage your battery.
