Epson TM-C3500 not printing any image

Tried printing a nozzle check, nothing printed at all, clogged nozzle error, the printer had not been used for some time. removed head, cleaned it & flushed it through, all nozzles look good with nice spray pattern. After installing the head back into the machine did another nozzle check - nothing printing. Did a manual nozzle clean, machine used 50% of the new cartridges & I had to change the maintenance tank for a new one, again nothing printed even after flushing half of the ink cartridges through the printhead!!!!!

I would like some help with this, any ideas, please?
