Can't upload apps because I don't have money on my debit card
I can't update my apps, (even free ones) I don't Currently have a card with money but I needupdates

You'll either need to put some money into your Apple Wallet or use a valid credit card or wait until your debit card has money available. Until you do, you won't be able to download or update apps. That is Apple's policy and an absolute requirement. This is a user to user only forum. We don't control Apple Policy. We cannot offer you any way to workaround this at all.
