I can't download anything without entering my debit card
I'm trying to download an app and it's free but it wants a debit or credit card and every time I do that it declines what else can I do

Is the card valid? Apple may make a small temporary transaction to confirm the payment method is valid and will show as pending on your payment method for a short period of time and then removed. More information is available here:
