Sports Scores in Dynamic Island, how to turn off notifications on watch?

I like seeing the sport scores on my iPhone but I do not want every run scored to alert me on my watch. How do I turn off the alerts for every run during a baseball game. I am ok with a score update everything 3 innings or just at the end but not every run.
