Workout keeps pausing on Apple Watch

Apple watch keeps pausing after 10 seconds of starting a workout. It’s not near clothing and the band is secure on my wrist. Any workout pauses the same after 10 seconds. I have rebooted my watch and phone and both have to latest updates. Any ideas to stop this happening? Thank you!

Workout not ending on Apple Watch Suddenly from two days ago, my workouts don’t finish even after I push the “end” button on my Apple Watch SE. In order to get the green sensor light to switch off I have to force restart my watch. Are there any known bugs or fixes for this?

How can I stop my Apple Watch from pausing during exercise? I recently upgraded to the series 10 Apple Watch after experiencing an issue with workouts pausing during exercise on my older Apple Watch however even with the series 10 I’m still having the same exact issue whether lifting weights, running, walking or mixed cardio. Seems ridiculous to have to continuously restart the watch and/ or phone prior to every workout. Any one else experiencing this? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
