Podcasts App dropping items from queue

On iOS 17.3 the podcasts app will randomly drop items from the up next list. Sometimes they show up in the recently played list, but more often they are simply marked as played without showing up in the list. Often it will also mark as played with only a few minutes left. I tried to report a bug through the store, but it said I didn’t own the app.
