My Apple Watch alarm goes off at 4:14 am while on its charger and I’m sleeping. I have tried changing various settings, there is no alarm set at that time anywhere. Any ideas? It seems random, not every night, sometimes several nights in a row, then misses a few nights, and I think I’ve fixed it, then it starts doing it again! Help!

Did you also check the settings on your iPhone?
Any chance you have a wake up alarm or sleep schedule set up in the settings for Sleep?

Did you already force restart your watch by pressing and holding the Digital Crown and the Side Button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back?
