Macbook Pro M3Pro doesnot detect Iphone 15 plus bluetooth

I see that whenever bluetooth is turned ON on both iPhone and MacBook, Iphone discovers the Macbook's Bluetooth but MacBook does not discover Iphone's Bluetooth. Inaddition, when I try to connect the Macbook from Iphone, it shows "pairing unsuccessful. Make sure 'macbook pro' is turned on, in range, and is ready to pair".

In contrast, my MacBook discovers all other Bluetooth devices expect my iPhone 15 plus.

Also, I tried switching off the devices and turning it on. and using "sudo pkill bluetoothd" does not work.

Hence, please guide to connect iphone's Bluetooth with MacBook pro m3pro.

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 14.3

I see. You don't actually go through a pairing process to use Handoff. Wifi and Bluetooth need to be on, yes. But as long as you are signed into the same Apple ID on both your iPhone and MacBook Pro, follow the directions in this link --> Hand off tasks between iPhone and your other devices - Apple Support
