corrupted iPhone

unable to use restore using iphone due to inability to turn off using apple if password to erase.

Authentication error -7005

You’ll need to sign out of iCloud and the app store first, and remove the device from your Apple ID. You can do that locally from the device, or by signing out of the device from iCloud.com. If the device is corrupted, you’ll need to use iCloud.com.


If that disassociation fails, contact Apple Support: Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
