Not able to update my software
my ICloud memory was less so just upgraded it to 200gb space but still no option is showing to upgrade software

Unfortunately, you believed that buying more iCloud Storage would add memory to your iPhone. You cannot add memory to an iPhone ever as it is fixed at purchase. What you purchased was more storage in the cloud to sync more data with, which you may not have needed at all and can in no way add space to your iPhone.
If you need space on your iPhone, the only way to get some is to delete things you don't need or use, which can include apps, photos, music, messages, files, email, etc.
