App injection IOS

I purchased an app on an android account through google play. Is injecting google play on my iPhone going to work and is it a process that will leave viruses or junk on my phone?

Long pressing on the app causes all applications on that page to shake slightly and show the minus symbol to remove them except for that app. I do not see it in the apple store and she has no idea how it got there. Is it safe to download an app from the App Store without a dedicated page? I was looking at updating all of my apps on my account under “Apps” and I noticed one no longer has a page on the App Store when I click it but it can still be downloaded. What does that mean? I downloaded it by mistake from the App Store (despite it not having a page). Its not malicious now is it? It was still “on the App Store” for download technically —-I don’t think it was removed entirely. but it didn’t have a page—- [Re-Titled by Moderator]
