Issue with IPhone 15 Pro Action Button

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have been experiencing with my new iPhone 15 Pro.

Since I began using the device two weeks ago, I have been utilizing the shortcuts feature to customize my action button. However, I have encountered a recurring problem where, despite pressing and holding the action button, the expected list of options fails to appear. In order to resolve this issue temporarily, I have had to power off and restart my device. Upon rebooting, the action button functions as intended.

As a new and updated device, I did not anticipate encountering such difficulties. I am reaching out to seek clarification on why this issue is occurring and to request guidance on how to permanently resolve it. I rely heavily on the functionality of my iPhone for both personal and professional use, and it is imperative that this issue be addressed promptly.
