Pandora app won’t work on my Apple Watch

I’m having an issue when I go to the app “Pandora” on my Apple Watch it won’t open the app it will straight to the Home Screen I did everything try to reset it and install the app and install it back up. Nothing seems to be working bought it 4 days ago t mobile suggesting me to take it to Apple Store

I fixed mine! First logout of Pandora on your iPhone. Then remove the app from your watch. Delete the app from your phone. (It will prompt you to keep your subscription if you have one. Select yes.) Go to the App Store and download Pandora again. Sign in to Pandora on your iPhone. Install Pandora on your watch again and voila! Working!

Apple doesn't own Pandora or the Pandora App at all. If a 3rd party app doesn't work, you need to contact the app developer for help with their app.

I have finally worked through the Pandora customer service (works better if you log into the website via desktop browser) and found the solution that works for me.

None of the Pandora uninstall/reinstall tips helped, and nothing helped when the action taken was initiated on the phone.

** On my watch (not my iPhone), I navigated to the app store, found Pandora, and UPDATED the app from there. Now it will open and play on my watch again. **

Thanks for writing back!


Please try the following steps which might do the trick:


1. Download the latest version of the Pandora app on your iPhone.

2. Remove the Pandora app from your Apple Watch. 

3. Shut down both the Apple Watch and iPhone. 

4. Reboot iPhone.

5. Reboot Apple Watch. 

6. Install the Pandora app back to the Apple Watch.
