It keeps popping up randomly and intermittently, it happened on my old phone then transferred to a new phone yesterday and it is still happening.

Have you intentionally downloaded spurious software or unauthorized apps directly from the internet and installed them on your device or/and have Jailbroken?
You may get better and prompt responses if you may kindly provide the iPhone Model that you have and the iOS version if it is known to you and re-post.

It is iPhone 15 pro and iOS 17.3.1.
Definitely not done anything intentionally, I checked my apps and checked apps and battery usage and I cant see anything unusual
Same here, I just got this pop up message too. My iPhone is 14 pro max and just updated to latest iOS 17.4 yesterday
