Can't deauthorize all computers in Apple TV or Apple Music

I'm trying to authorize a new computer and found that I have authorized too many. I do not have access to the other computers, so I went to my account and clicked the Deauthorize All button. I've done this in Apple Music and Apple TV. Both display an html page titled: This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

How do I proceed with to Deauthorize All?
