How to create Folders for Apple Music Playlists?

I ᥫ᭡ music so I have like 76 playlists. But since there are so many it’s hard to organize them, especially since I can’t do it myself and the only ways to organize are automatic. So I wanted to know…

1) Is there any way to sort playlists into Folders on mobile?

2) I think it’s possible on Mac/ iTunes PC but if done on PC, does it translate to mobile? Or do the folders only stay on PC

3) Is there a plan at all to make folders an easily accessible feature on Apple Music
