Mac iCloud

I have my late dad's Mac Desktop now, but it's asking for an iCloud account that I don't know. I really want to use the Mac. Can you help me with this?

new iMac hung at set up of iCloud account I'm setting up a new iMac from my 10-year old iMac, which I want to keep as a second computer.
