How to change sender name in Outlook for Mac

In the menu bar, click Outlook > Settings, click on Accounts and, for your account, see if the field "Full Name" is correct.

Note: This is for the version of Outlook in Microsoft Office 2021 for Mac. It may be the same for Outlook 365.

My apologies, I should have been more clear. Those options should be under 'Outlook > Settings', not 'File'. See 6x6's answer.
