can we establish apple developers club at colleges without sponsorship
only using the name in official manner ???

IANYL, but from reading Apple’s guidelines, regarding a club name, website title/domain, or newsletter name (rather than content), it seems that Apple would like it better when the Apple word mark is used as descriptive secondary subject or subtitle, to avoid the impression of being officially affiliated when it is not.
